Sleep Better Timer is designed without accounts, payments, or a personal sleep profile. This page explains the limited technical data the site may use.

You can use the calculators without creating an account or payment. The contact form asks only for the details needed to reply to your message.

Some preferences, such as a recent wake time, bedtime, routine length, soundscape, checklist state, or language choice, may be saved in your browser. You can clear this data in your browser settings or with the control below.

Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights load only if you accept analytics in the privacy notice. If you reject analytics, the calculators remain usable and no analytics scripts or interaction events are intentionally sent.

This information is used to improve the user experience, performance, security, and reliability of Sleep Better Timer. It is not used to provide medical advice or build a personal sleep profile inside this app.

Analytics and metrics

Analytics is consent-based and product-focused: after acceptance, it helps identify slow pages, broken flows, language or layout issues, and which tools visitors use.

Contact form

If you send a message, the form collects your name, email address, message, and page URL, then sends them through an owner-controlled Cloudflare Worker to email. Cloudflare Turnstile helps reduce spam. The site itself does not create an account, payment record, or personal sleep profile from the message.

Sleep Better Timer keeps two optional localStorage entries and one functional language cookie in this browser.
